Safe and Sound follows a learning through play methodology.

Children are taught  perceptual and fine motor skills through a variety of activities.

Trainees are exposed to theory and are also required to do each and every task related to running a pre school.

Empowerment is a key element which is one of the foundations of Safe and Sound.

Coaching and mentoring of trainees continues after the initial formal training phase to ensure sustainability and application of skills learned.
